Located in Dongguan, China, CJ Metal Parts Ltd. is an ISO 9001 certified manufacturer which is engaged in the development of precision metal products, precision mold design, and manufacturing. 

Our products are CNC milling parts, CNC turning parts, Auto-lathing products, Stamping products, Design, and production of precision stamping tooling, and we can offer assembling services such as riveting, welding, and threading.

Established in 2013 with experienced engineering, we can offer cost-effective metal solutions from the beginning of the project. 

What Raw Material We Use:

Our products are mostly made of metal aluminum, brass, steel, stainless steel, copper, bronze, etc, which is ROHS and REACH complied.

With so many years of development, we have customers in Czech, Netherlands, Slovakia, Poland, Bulgaria, Germany, USA, and Mexico.

The customized products we provided are widely used in the fields of electronics, electrical appliances, lighting fittings, household appliances, Instrument and Equipment, communication devices, furniture hardware, medical equipment, and so on.

Our Team:

There is a total of 150 people in our factory.

6 engineers including 2 with 20 plus years of experience, 2 with 10 plus experience, and 2 with less than 10 years.

7 quality control people including 2 IQC and 2 IPQC and 3 OQC.

10 salesperson including 3 in domestic sales and 7 overseas sales.

The Equipment We Have:

We have 15 sets automatic lathes, 3 sets CNC machining center, 7 sets CNC turning machine

30 sets secondary processing machines.

25 sets stamping machines 

Our Quality Control Process:

We have full sets of inspection equipment including 2D coordinate, Projector, Hardness tester, Height tester, Salty spray tester, etc,

Our quality control process is from the beginning of the project to the shipping end, For example, Engineering analysis, raw material incoming inspection, first article inspection, inspection during production (IPQC), inspection before shipment.

Our Capacity:

Tight tolerance : plus /-0.01mm to plus /-0.005mm

Delivery time: 5-15days for samples, 15-25days for tooling, 20-30days for mass production, all depending on design and quantity.
